My name is Marko Brelih, and I am a product of the Commercial Real Estate industry with over 10 years experience working with or consulting top teams.
My father was the President of the SIOR for Central Canada and a National Top 10 Producer for Cushman & Wakefield for his dealmaking in Toronto’s Industrial Market. Throughout high school and university, I spent summers at the old East Office working databases and compiling binders full of lease abstracts, property information, tenant profiles, and landlord intel…
Back before Google Earth, Salesforce, or CoStar existed, my father had paid pilots to fly over his territories and take black-and-white aerial photos; writing over the pictures and highlighting everything over 20k SF. We then turned those famous ‘territory binders’ into the brain of his prospecting, marketing, and farming operations. That was almost 17 years ago.
In 2016, I branched off and decided to start my own consulting agency. Over time, I developed my own proprietary systems, IP, and frameworks to replicate my clients' successes.
Today, I work with some of the highest-profile Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Teams as a consultant and copywriter... helping them install systems and craft content to market, prospect, train personnel, and develop business. As a result, their teams and organizations have the ability to grow profitably and turn "feast-famine commissions" into predictable revenue.

With over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, 7 years freelancing as a copywriter and consultant, and 4 years working directly with several offices at North America's largest boutique brokerage, I've seen just about every strategy as it relates to marketing, business development, sales, data, technology, systems, recruiting, operations, and prospecting.
Some of my roles and responsibilities have included oversight of 14 specialty practices, over a dozen territorial brokers, scores of analysts, as well as leading the rollout and configuration of a proprietary mapping CRM system.
